Bright golden-green color, low acidity and a combination of the balanced taste of the Koroneiki variety with the fresh aroma of the green olive fruit.
The love for the land and the olive trees begins more than 100 years ago with our ancestors. According to custom, because olive trees are centuries-old trees, when a baby is born they plant olive trees so that the child grows up alongside with the young olive trees, and live for many years. The family tradition continues to this day.

We are a purely family and Greek business. The largest amount of our organic extra virgin olive oil comes from our family estates.

We strongly support local producers. We seek stable partnerships with selected olive producers, without intermediaries, in order to ensure finest quality olive oil.

We exclusively produce extra virgin organic and conventional olive oil. There is a clear separation of the tanks and the bottling process of organic and conventional olive oil.

The olive fruit is pressed in selected olive mills that use the cold pressing method and follow strict quality standards.

We abide food safety systems according to the FSSC 22000 standard (recognized by GFSI) for which we are certified by TUV AUSTRIA HELLAS. We also have organic olive oil standardization certification from BIOHELLAS.

We regularly conduct quality analyses in reputable laboratories.
