Regions We Serve from Our E-SHOP

From our online store, we exclusively serve Greece, in all areas where BOX NOW lockers are available. Choose a locker near you with ease.

Shipping Cost

We cover the shipping cost for all orders within Greece. There are no hidden fees or additional charges for the delivery of our products.

Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. They are then promptly shipped to BOX NOW lockers.
The estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days within Greece.

Shipping Methods

All shipments are carried out exclusively via BOX NOW. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking code.

Return Policy

Consumers have the right to return products within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and have not been used, in accordance with Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Right of Withdrawal

The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the purchase, by returning the product in its original condition. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the one used for the purchase, in accordance with the provisions of Law 2251/1994.
